Only a few more posts remain for this site, for quite some time. I hope to be back within a few months, but I can’t promise that it will work out that way. All I can say is that ‘when’ I do come back, I will be back for another epic run (from my perspective anyway).
As soon as Marc Emery (Part 1, Part 2, Part 3 in the works) is handed over to the United States, I will wrap things up here within a few days. What I’m trying to do right now is decide what needs to be done, and what I want to get done.
I’m going to take my time doing this and try and tie up as many loose ends with as few posts as possible. Hence, the next few pieces will not be posted at the dizzying frequency that I have posted in the past.
Just thought I would give an update and explain why there has been a lull in activity. I may even turn this into a major Bill Hicks break before making the next post. For me, Hicks always helps to clear the mind.

In autumn of 1998 I made my way to Northern Ireland. I was in Belfast a few months after the signing of the Belfast Agreement, however, when I arrived in the city, I was told that it wasn’t the best of times to be there.
There had been some outbreaks of violence, and tensions were running pretty high. I was warned that it wasn’t safe to venture the city and that I should stay in the well-known areas. I didn’t follow this advice.
I put on my walking shoes, grabbed my camera and some supplies, and went for a two-day excursion in and around the city. Below you will find 32 pictures taken of murals and writings from Belfast during this short walkabout (click images to enlarge and expand).
It was a lot of fun and I hope to make it back there some day, and for those who haven’t been to Ireland, the rumours are true, the Irish rock.

Below you will find the latest additions to the About Page. The page has also been reformatted for ease of reference.
In addition, a new category called “Comics and Graphic Novels” has been added. The list is quite small right now, however, as I filter through my comic book collection, and sample new works, I expect this list to grow.
