Deciding on what loose ends to tie up before the sabbatical begins: Still here, just thinking about what needs to be done

Only a few more posts remain for this site, for quite some time. I hope to be back within a few months, but I can’t promise that it will work out that way. All I can say is that ‘when’ I do come back, I will be back for another epic run (from my perspective anyway).

As soon as Marc Emery (Part 1, Part 2, Part 3 in the works) is handed over to the United States, I will wrap things up here within a few days. What I’m trying to do right now is decide what needs to be done, and what I want to get done.

I’m going to take my time doing this and try and tie up as many loose ends with as few posts as possible. Hence, the next few pieces will not be posted at the dizzying frequency that I have posted in the past.

Just thought I would give an update and explain why there has been a lull in activity. I may even turn this into a major Bill Hicks break before making the next post. For me, Hicks always helps to clear the mind.

I can grow one, but it's a little scruffy.

I very much like your idea. I'm not sure what most of us can do, so if you can get it started, perhaps many of us will follow. A worthy cause, and it's good to have a cause to focus on.

thanks Mescalero, but just to clear up any misunderstanding, I'm not taking this time to help Marc Emery, I'm taking this time to help end the war on drugs. Marc Emery is the trigger for me.

All I'm going to do is set up a website that will help generate money for organizations that are working towards ending prohibition, that is, after all, why the DEA came after Emery.

As for the beard, it's so much fun having one. Highly recommended, if you can grow one.

I'm on record as not being the greatest Marc Emery fan, but I wish you all the luck in your endeavors. Anything you can do to support the cause of someone imprisoned by the Great American Anti-Freedom Machine, I fully support.

And btw, I really enjoyed watching you shave the beard. Not all of us men can grow one as impressive of yours.
